Improved diversity can lead to positive changes in our clubs, committees, board and for our sport.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the spirit of this commitment, we are delighted to put forward three women for the Women in Leadership Programme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinead Dolan of Commercial Rowing Club<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hannah Fitch of Limerick Boat Club<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceara O\u2019Connor of St. Micheals Rowing Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This programme is delivered through a series of online interactive sessions that will develop candidates to thrive within their specific role.
