The action began with the heats, before moving into a series of highly competitive finals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ballycotton, the host club, got off to a flying start, securing wins in Masters Men, Intermediate Mixed, U14, U21 Women, and Vet Mixed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kilmacsimon also impressed with victories in Senior Mixed, U18, and U16 Women. Passage West had a strong showing too, with wins in Pre-Vet Mixed and Junior Mixed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, Passage West and Galley Flash celebrated victories in U12 Women and Pre-Vet Women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day concluded in style with the traditional races, rounding off what was truly an excellent first day of competition.
