This fee encompasses all essential costs related to the event, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Official racing and training kit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return flights to England<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ground transportation (including bus transfers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full board accommodation and meals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Event support from&nbsp;<strong>Thursday, 24th July to Saturday, 26th July 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To confirm participation, the full contribution must be paid no later than<strong>\u00a0Thursday, 17th July 2025<\/strong> and the Athlete Information Form completed in full.
