Following huge demand for WOW places each Autumn, we\u2019re pleased to introduce additional Spring sessions in 2025 to give more women the opportunity to try rowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rowing clubs below are offering an 8-10 session programme specifically for female adult beginners. Once registered, you\u2019ll receive location-specific details from your chosen club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each programme begins with sessions on the rowing machine before progressing to the water, with a focus on technique, confidence, and enjoying the experience. Whether you\u2019re brand new to sport or looking for something different, this is a great way to get active and try something new!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cost is 120 Euro and covers the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A minimum of 10 sessions with experienced coaches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment, life jackets and insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Women on the Water t-shirt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Women on the Water certificate of completion<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>*PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE REFUNDS IF A PARTICIPANT IS UNABLE TO ATTEND*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This programme is for adult females looking to start the sport recreationally.
