Olderfleet Rowing Club proudly hosts the Swift Racing Irish Masters Coastal Sculling Championships, now in its third and biggest year yet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With over 70 crews making the journey from Wales, England, Jersey, and all across Ireland, the competition promises high-stakes, camaraderie, and coastal rowing at its finest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open to rowers aged 35 and over, the regatta features two competitive brackets \u2014 40+ and 50+ \u2014 based on the crew&#8217;s average age. Racers will battle it out in a full lineup of events: Men\u2019s and Women\u2019s 1x, 2x, 4x, plus Mixed 2x and Mixed 4x.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medals will be awarded in each age category with three or more entries. In races with fewer entries, all boats will race together for a single set of medals but watch out! Crews in the 40+ category will carry a 30-second handicap to keep things competitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Swift Racing<\/strong> continues its invaluable support as main sponsor, helping to keep Irish coastal rowing vibrant and competitive.
