The committee of the Limerick and Schools Regatta is closely monitoring the weather forecast for the upcoming weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Limerick Regatta is scheduled to proceed as planned on Saturday, April 26th<\/strong>. All preparations are continuing, and we look forward to welcoming clubs and crews to a great day of racing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, after careful consideration and in light of the adverse weather conditions forecast for Sunday, the 2025 Schools Regatta has been cancelled<\/strong>. This difficult decision was made with the safety of athletes, coaches, and volunteers as our top priority<\/strong>. Unfortunately, the predicted conditions for Sunday would not allow us to run a safe or successful regatta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Full refunds will be issued to all schools that have already paid their entry fees.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We appreciate your understanding and support.
