It will challenge your current knowledge in this area and should provide you with both the theory and practical knowledge to tailor your training programmes to maximum advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop has been developed by and will be delivered by certified Level 2 Coach and Sport Ireland Coach Developer Luke Smyth. Luke is a sports scientist and holds an MSc. in Sports Performance from U.L.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop is aimed at experienced coaches working with Championship level crews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will
