This course is aimed at women who want to be or are already in leadership\/club committee roles within the sport of Rowing. It will empower women to take on leadership roles within the community, and support the development of those already on their leadership journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course is fully interactive and participants are provided with an insight to all facets of leadership through a series of 5 online and 1 in person session.
