Learn how to create a supportive training space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Communication &amp; Planning:<\/strong> Learn how to talk clearly, set goals, and plan training programs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Technique &amp; Video Analysis:<\/strong> Spot common mistakes, use drills to improve technique, and learn how to use video for feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Coaching Best Practices:<\/strong> Keep training diaries and develop your coaching style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Nutrition &amp; Hydration:<\/strong> Discover how what athletes eat and drink affects their performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Safety First:<\/strong> Learn important safety rules and how to keep rowing fun and safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Strength &amp; Conditioning:<\/strong> Understand how to build athlete strength safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>On\u2011Water Coaching Practice:<\/strong> Get real feedback while coaching on the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who Can Join?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can sign up if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-You are 18 years or older.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-You have completed the Introduction to Coaching Course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-You are actively coaching already.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-You have completed Garda vetting (or Access Northern Ireland approval).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-You have completed a Safeguarding course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-You have access to a computer or tablet with internet for the online sections of the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How will you be assessed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your progress is checked and assessed during the course.
