If you couldn\u2019t make the webinar live, don\u2019t worry we made sure to record it so that you can catch up in your own time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We learnt about context, keeping our energy above the line, what 5,000 calories looks like, and there were even appearances from Phil Doyle and Lydia Heaphy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the session we left time for a Q&amp;A, where Sharon gave tips around fuelling hungry teens, how to recognise low energy in yourself or someone else, and discussed returning to training after illness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To accompany the webinar we have a number of resources that you might find useful.
